Product Introduction

The acid mist scrubber utilizes the contact between gas and liquid to transfer pollutants from the gas into the liquid, then separates the clean gas from the contaminated liquid to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. Exhaust gas is treated through a packed acid mist scrubber using a gas-liquid countercurrent absorption method, where the liquid is sprayed downward from the top of the tower in the form of mist (or small droplets). The exhaust gas enters the tower body (countercurrent flow) to achieve gas-liquid contact. This treatment method cools the exhaust gas, conditions the gas, and removes particles before being discharged into the atmosphere after passing through the demisting section.
